We understand beauty is personal and your satisfaction means the most to us. Alex Emilio Salon stands behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue. Concerns should be reported right away, and we’ll work to resolve issues reported within 14 days of services as soon as possible. Please contact our salon manager for further details.

We do not give monetary refunds for products purchased, you have the option to exchange the item or receive credit on your account to be used during a future visit.

payment methods

Alex Emilio Salon accepts cash, personal checks, and popular credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gratuity on credit or debit cards. For your convenience, an ATM is located in the salon.

appointments & cancellations

Your appointment is very important to Alex Emilio Salon. We understand that unavoidable scheduling conflicts can arise and will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. Your appointment is held for you and must insist you provide a minimum 24-hour notice for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments. This allows the salon to schedule and serve other clients. Cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee according to the following schedule:

  • Up to two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50 percent of the cost of the originally scheduled services.

  • Any no-show reservations will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100 percent of the cost of the originally scheduled services.

Alex Emilio Salon reserves the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee, as well as the right to request clients provide a credit card to book future appointments. Different policies may apply to reservations for special events.
